Plastic pallets for every application

Q-Pall develops and produces only plastic pallets, and has done so since 2005. You can see that focus in the range: more than ninety models in nine sizes, from the compact 600 x 400 mm display pallet to the large 1300 x 1100 mm pallet for the chemical industry. Each model is designed for a clear task: transport, storage, export, pooling or automated logistics.

Choose by size first

The size determines whether the pallet fits your racking, trucks and containers. In Europe, the 1200 x 800 mm Euro pallet is the standard. The 1200 x 1000 mm industrial pallet is popular in industry and in the United Kingdom. Square sizes such as 1100 x 1100 mm and 1140 x 1140 mm are made for sea containers and big bags.

Then choose by load capacity

Every pallet has three load values: static (on the floor), dynamic (during transport with a forklift or pallet truck) and racking load (on two beams in pallet racking). On our page about the load capacity of plastic pallets we explain the difference.

Open or closed deck, feet or runners

An open deck is lighter and lets moisture and air through. A closed deck is easier to clean and gives small packaging a flat base. Pallets with 9 feet are often nestable and ideal for export. Pallets with 3, 5 or 6 runners are more stable on roller conveyors and suitable for racking.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Which plastic pallet do I need?

That depends on four things: the size of your load, the weight per pallet, the way you store it (floor, stacking or pallet racking) and whether the pallet comes back. For one-way export, a light nestable pallet is usually enough. For storage in pallet racking, choose a medium or heavy pallet with runners and a racking load that suits your weight. Our guide to choosing a plastic pallet takes you through the choice step by step.

What is the difference between light, medium and heavy?

Light pallets are lightweight and often nestable, intended for export and single use on the floor. Medium pallets are the all-rounders for internal transport and light racking loads. Heavy pallets have a heavier construction for intensive use, high dynamic loads and storage in pallet racking. Read more about light, medium and heavy.

Are the pallets made from recycled plastic?

Yes. We make our standard pallets from recycled plastic, a mix of HDPE and PP. Only our hygienic pallets are made of virgin plastic. You can read more about this on the sustainability page.

How much does a plastic pallet cost?

For most standard pallets we show an indicative from-price per unit, excluding VAT and transport. Your final price depends on quantity, production location and delivery. You will find an overview of prices per size in our price guide for plastic pallets.

Can I order a single pallet?

Q-Pall mainly supplies businesses and works with volumes, often per stack or per truckload. For smaller quantities, we will gladly refer you to a dealer near you.
