Smart modifications within existing models

A completely new pallet design costs a lot of time and money. That is why we first look at what is possible within our existing range of around 130 models. A small modification is often enough:

• Logo or printing on the pallet.
• Your own colour, for example to distinguish pools or departments.
• A modified material composition for the best balance between quality and cost.
• Mould inserts, for example for a recognisable marking.
• Custom packaging and delivery, such as waterproof-wrapped or strapped stacks.

How we work

1. Assessment: together we map out your wishes and requirements.
2. Review: we compare your wishes with our existing range.
3. Engineering: our engineers look at which solution is feasible.
4. Prototype: where necessary, we make a 3D model or prototype.
5. Mould: we modify the mould or make an insert.
6. Production: we produce in the factory closest to you.

Security of supply

Where possible, we keep a copy of moulds at a second European site. This keeps your production going, even if something goes wrong somewhere. Read more about local production.
