Why a specialist

One product. All our attention.

Most plastic packaging manufacturers spread their moulds, R&D and attention over crates, bins and containers. We put all of it into one product. That is why our range covers nine sizes, three load classes and around 130 models, and why a pallet question is never a sideline at Q-Pall.

  • Direct from the manufacturer You talk to the people who develop and make your pallet.
  • Nearly 100% recycled Made from post-consumer and industrial plastic, fully recyclable.
  • Six European factories Almost always within 600 kilometres of your site.
About Q-Pall

Act global, produce local

Six factories. Always one nearby.

We produce in six factories across Europe and move moulds instead of pallets. That puts almost every customer within 600 kilometres of a Q-Pall factory: less transport, lower costs and less CO₂.

Popular models are in stock at every factory, and many models are made in more than one factory. So supply keeps going, even in busy periods.

Sustainability

Your waste. Our raw material. Your pallet.

We make our standard pallets from nearly 100% recycled plastic, without compromising on strength. They last for years and go back into the loop at the end of their life.

New packaging rules. Pallets that are ready.

The EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR) has applied since 12 August 2026. Pallets are transport packaging, so your buyers and auditors will ask for documentation. We have it ready.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Why choose plastic pallets?

Plastic pallets last much longer than wooden pallets, do not absorb moisture and have no splinters or nails. They have fixed dimensions and a constant weight, which matters for automation. They are also exempt from ISPM 15 for export. Read more in plastic or wood.

Are Q-Pall pallets sustainable?

Yes. Our standard pallets are made from nearly 100% recycled plastic and are fully recyclable at the end of their life. We produce locally in six European factories, so less transport is needed.

What does a plastic pallet cost?

A 600 x 400 mm display pallet costs a few euros, a nestable Euro pallet starts at around six euros and a heavy-duty pallet at around 24 euros, excluding VAT and transport. See our price guide for all from-prices.

How quickly can Q-Pall deliver?

We keep popular models in stock at every factory. The lead time depends on model, quantity and location. Request a quote and we will usually tell you within one working day what is possible.

Do you deliver outside the Netherlands?

Yes. We deliver throughout Europe from our factories in the Netherlands, Denmark, Germany, France, Spain and the United Kingdom, and we work with dealers in Europe and the United States.
