On a nestable pallet, the feet are hollow and tapered. Empty pallets therefore fit into each other, like plastic cups. A stack of empty pallets is much lower than a stack of standard pallets. That has three major benefits:
Nestable pallets are the lightest in our range. A nestable 1200 x 800 mm Euro pallet weighs just over 5 kg. That makes them easy to handle, better for your staff and cheaper for air freight. Despite their low weight, they carry up to 2,500 kg static and 1,000 kg dynamic.
We have nestable pallets in 1200 x 800, 1200 x 1000, 1100 x 1100, 1140 x 1140, 1200 x 1200 and 760 x 1140 mm, and the display pallets of 600 x 400 and 600 x 800 mm. Most are available with an open deck, some also with a closed deck.

Yes. You can click runners onto many nestable pallets with 9 feet, without tools. You then get a pallet with 3 runners that runs better on roller conveyors. Because you fit the runners only on site, you keep the benefit of nesting.
No, nestable pallets are light pallets for transport, export and floor storage. For racking, choose a medium or heavy pallet with runners.
