Display pallet 800 x 600 x 155 open deck 6 feet heavy

Because 800 x 600 mm is half the size of a Euro pallet, two of these pallets fit exactly on a 1200 x 800 mm footprint. As a result, they combine easily with standard Euro pallet logistics. Retailers, supermarkets and brand owners use display pallets for promotions and fast-moving products. The goods arrive on the pallet and go onto the shop floor without restacking. What is more, a plastic pallet needs no heat treatment or stamp under the ISPM 15 standard for wood packaging. That makes this 800x600 heavy display pallet a practical choice for retail promotions.

The static load of 1,000 kg applies when the pallet rests on a flat, level floor, for example in block stacking. In contrast, the dynamic load of 600 kg applies when a forklift or pallet truck lifts and moves the loaded pallet. Q-Pall does not specify this pallet for unsupported pallet-rack storage. Therefore, store it on the floor or on a fully supporting surface.

All values assume an evenly distributed load. Point loads or uneven loading reduce the usable capacity, so always check the pallet against your actual load.

The open deck lets moisture drain away and allows air to circulate around the load. Furthermore, the six feet make the pallet nestable: empty pallets fit into each other, which saves space in storage and on return transport. At 5.9 kg, one person can easily lift and position the pallet. The pallet consists of a mix of HDPE and PP, does not absorb moisture and has no nails or splinters.
