From pallet to transport box
Place the pallet collar on a pallet of the same size and fill it with your goods. Need more height? Then add a second or third collar. A matching lid closes off the load. This way, a set of pallet, collars and lid replaces cardboard boxes and wooden crates in your internal logistics and transport.
Plastic instead of wood
A plastic pallet collar does not absorb moisture, does not rot and has no splinters or nails. You clean it easily and use it again and again. And like our pallets, it is exempt from ISPM 15, so it is also suitable for export.

Frequently asked questions
How high is a plastic pallet collar?
Each pallet collar is 200 mm high. By stacking collars on top of each other, you choose the height yourself. Three collars together are 600 mm high.
Are the pallet collars foldable?
Yes, our plastic pallet collars have hinges. When they are empty, you fold them flat, so they take up little space in storage and on return transport.
Which lid fits a pallet collar?
For 600 x 800, 1200 x 800 and 1200 x 1000 mm, we have a matching plastic lid. It closes off the top and keeps dust and moisture out.
