A closed unit load
A lid closes off your pallet or a stack of pallet collars. It protects the load against dust, dirt and splash water and gives the stack a neat top. Together with a pallet and one or more collars, the lid forms complete, reusable packaging.
Plastic instead of cardboard or wood
A plastic lid does not go limp from moisture like cardboard, and it does not absorb moisture like wood. You clean it easily and use it again and again. Plastic packaging is also exempt from ISPM 15.

Frequently asked questions
How thick is a plastic pallet lid?
Our lids are 2.9 or 4 mm thick. So they add hardly any height to your load.
Why is a lid slightly larger than the pallet?
The lids of 1220 x 820, 1220 x 1020 and 820 x 620 mm fit over the edge of the pallet collars. This way, they close off properly.
Can I use straps over the lid?
Yes. With lashing straps, you secure the lid, collars and pallet together into one sturdy unit load.
