The 1200 x 800 mm footprint is the Euro pallet size, the most common pallet format in European retail and logistics. It is also one of the six pallet sizes in the international ISO 6780 standard. Because most European warehouses, racks and trucks work with this size, the pallet fits smoothly into existing processes. In cleanrooms, pallets must not release particles such as wood fibres or splinters. A plastic pallet meets that need, and you can clean it before it enters the controlled area. What is more, a plastic pallet needs no heat treatment or stamp under the ISPM 15 standard for wood packaging. That makes this 1200x800 cleanroom pallet a practical choice for controlled environments.

The static load of 5,000 kg applies when the pallet rests on a flat, level floor, for example in block stacking. In contrast, the dynamic load of 1,250 kg applies when a forklift or pallet truck lifts and moves the loaded pallet. Finally, the racking load of 1,000 kg applies when only the rack beams support the pallet.

All values assume an evenly distributed load. For the racking load, Q-Pall uses a test protocol with 25 kg bags. Point loads or uneven loading reduce the usable capacity, so always check the pallet against your actual load.

The closed deck offers a flat, continuous surface for small items, bags and cartons. It is also easy to clean. Three runners give the pallet a stable base on the floor and on rack beams. Its weight of 18 kg reflects a robust construction for repeated use. Like all Q-Pall pallets, it consists of recycled plastic, does not absorb moisture and has no nails or splinters.
