CP6 pallet 1200 x 1000 x 158 open deck 6 runners heavy

1200 x 1000 mm is one of the six pallet sizes in the international ISO 6780 standard and many people call it the industrial pallet format. Industry and companies in the United Kingdom use it widely. In addition, it matches the CP1 and CP6 formats of the chemical industry. What is more, a plastic pallet needs no heat treatment or stamp under the ISPM 15 standard for wood packaging. That makes this CP6 pallet 1200x1000 a practical choice for the chemical industry.

The static load of 7,500 kg applies when the pallet rests on a flat, level floor, for example in block stacking. In contrast, the dynamic load of 2,000 kg applies when a forklift or pallet truck lifts and moves the loaded pallet. Finally, the racking load of 1,375 kg applies when only the rack beams support the pallet.

All values assume an evenly distributed load. For the racking load, Q-Pall uses a test protocol with 25 kg bags. Point loads or uneven loading reduce the usable capacity, so always check the pallet against your actual load.

The open deck lets moisture drain away and allows air to circulate around the load. Six runners support the pallet over a larger area than three runners. Its weight of 21.5 kg reflects a robust construction for repeated use. Like all Q-Pall pallets, it consists of recycled plastic, does not absorb moisture and has no nails or splinters.
