Plastic pallet 1220 x 1020 x 150 open deck 3 runners medium

1220 x 1020 mm corresponds to the 48 x 40 inch pallet of 1219 x 1016 mm, the most common pallet size in North America and one of the six ISO 6780 sizes. It is therefore the logical choice for shipments to the United States and Canada. What is more, a plastic pallet needs no heat treatment or stamp under the ISPM 15 standard for wood packaging. That makes this 1220x1020 medium pallet a practical choice for both internal logistics and export.

The static load of 6,000 kg applies when the pallet rests on a flat, level floor, for example in block stacking. In contrast, the dynamic load of 1,500 kg applies when a forklift or pallet truck lifts and moves the loaded pallet. Finally, the racking load of 750 kg applies when only the rack beams support the pallet.

All values assume an evenly distributed load. For the racking load, Q-Pall uses a test protocol with 25 kg bags. Point loads or uneven loading reduce the usable capacity, so always check the pallet against your actual load.

The open deck lets moisture drain away and allows air to circulate around the load. Three runners give the pallet a stable base on the floor and on rack beams. Its weight of 17.2 kg reflects a robust construction for repeated use. The pallet consists of a mix of HDPE and PP, does not absorb moisture and has no nails or splinters.
