1140 x 1140 mm is the size of the CP3 and CP9 pallet. The square surface provides stability for heavy, round or loose loads such as big bags (FIBCs), octabins and drums. That is why this size is popular in the chemical industry, the plastics industry, the food industry and agriculture.

The range

• Light: nestable pallets with 9 feet and pallets with 3 runners, 2,500 kg static.
• Medium: pallets with 3 or 6 runners, 7,500 kg static and 1,375 kg dynamic. There are two variants: 150 mm and 156 mm high.
• Heavy: open or closed deck with 3 or 6 runners, up to 2,000 kg dynamic and up to 1,375 kg in racking.
• CP3 and CP9: the plastic replacement for the wooden chemical pallet. View them on CP pallets.

Why plastic?

Wooden CP pallets can leave splinters, nails and wood fibres in your product. They absorb moisture and do not always weigh the same. A Q-Pall plastic pallet is dimensionally stable and has a constant weight. As a result, it works well on automatic palletising lines and roller conveyors. At the end of its service life, the pallet is fully recyclable.
