Plastic pallets 1100 x 1100 mm

The square container size

1100 x 1100 mm is one of the six pallet sizes in the international standard ISO 6780. In Asia, including Japan and Korea, it is the common square size. Because two pallets fit exactly side by side in a sea container, many exporters choose this size.

Light, medium and heavy

• Light: nestable pallets with 9 feet and pallets with 3 runners for one-way export. 2,500 kg static and 1,000 kg dynamic.
• Medium: pallets with 3 or 6 runners, 7,500 kg static and 1,250 kg dynamic. A good choice for floor storage and block stacking.
• Heavy: robust pallets with open or closed deck, up to 2,000 kg dynamic and up to 1,250 kg in racking.

For the nestable pallet with 9 feet, we also supply separate 1100 mm runners. They turn a pallet with feet into a stable pallet with 3 runners.

Applications

Container transport, the chemical industry, food, pharmaceuticals and distribution. Plastic is exempt from ISPM 15, does not absorb moisture and has no nails or splinters. Also compare the slightly larger 1140 x 1140 mm size.
