Inside Sales Representative
You are the voice of Q-Pall for customers across Europe. You advise, prepare quotations and make sure we deliver on our promises. Because we are growing, we are looking for a new colleague for our Inside Sales team in Veghel, the Netherlands.

The role
What you will do
No two days are the same. Every day you are in touch with customers across Europe, from food producers to logistics providers, switching smoothly between advice and sales.
- Advise customersYou help customers choose the right pallet: which size, which load class, open or closed deck.
- Prepare quotationsYou prepare quotations, send them and follow them up proactively. You don't wait, you pick up the phone.
- Build relationshipsYou stay in touch with existing customers and build new business relationships.
- Work togetherYou coordinate with logistics and production, so we deliver what we promise our customers.
- Think alongYou help find smarter processes and even higher customer satisfaction.
Who we are looking for
- MBO+ or HBO level of work and thinking.
- You speak and write Dutch and English well.
- You are at home in Microsoft Office; experience with a CRM system is a plus.
- You are commercial, eager to learn and take the initiative.
Starter or experienced? Both are welcome. Motivation and drive count most.
